Ollie smiled even more when the professor said he could pick up the cat. Maybe he could get a therapy cat to keep him from being nervous all the time. Slowly, Oliver picked up the cat and set her on his lap and scratched by the cat's ear. For whatever reason, she liked him so so much and he was loving every second of it. The purring was defintely the cherry on top!

BUT petting cats wasn't why he had come to visit Professor Marchand. Back to the task at hand. Still, petting the cat, he sat up a little straighter and said, "Sorry for being distracted. I, um, I actually came here because, well, I graduate soon...and I'm trying to figure out what I want to do afterwards." Would the professor know all that already? Surely he wasn't the only 7th year going through this. "And since Charms is actually my best and favorite subject, I was considering teaching it...maybe. Or doing something else involving charms? I'm not really sure... I spoke to Professor Newton and she suggested I come talk to you about it." It being the mess of thoughts that was his brain. If he could just be 100% what he wanted to do for the rest of his life, he'd be perfectly fine!
