Alex looked up surprised when she heard a cheerful voice come up from the side of her. She half expected to spend the afternoon tending to the gardens by herself, so seeing someone present who greeted her was definitely surprising. Oh, it was someone from Magical Creatures; just Ember.

"Hey Ember," Alex greeted of the Creatures woman, wondering vaguely how she managed to keep her energy intact with a little one. "I'm doing well. And well the botanists are supposed to maintain it, but lately I've been finding myself coming down to check on them" Cause like she hadn't seen a botanist around in awhile; she supposed they were doing field work or something. "You most definitely should! My little ones are ... well they keep each other occupied, I suppose," Alex laughed. "Thank Merlin for the Ministry Daycare is all I have to say, otherwise I don't think I'd be able to handle the insanity." How she and Cole managed to get blessed with quadruplets was beyond her. She had to admit she was envious of her niece, Tia, being in Australia and away from it all, but on another note, she wouldn't change her life for anything. She had Cole had been through enough together and she most definitely loved him.
