maybe he should have some calming potions on hand just in case he gets anymore kids like this. Also it would not hurt to give some professor's some too. Just a thought. Just how many questions did she have.
"Nothing you see in this room is a fake or imitation. I like to collect and no those wont help in a war." He figured if he kept answering she would finally get to the reason for her visit or get bored and leave. Either worked for him.

Answering that question would ruin the fun. Plus the longer a curse is on a object the stronger it becomes. Roughly. It depends on the curse and what wards you use. But with this one its getting stronger every year. Stronger Itching Curse that would fun to see in action.

Standing in that position must be exhausting even for an eleven year old.
