"SIR?!" Matt asked innocently, sending professor Newt a mischievous grin. He received the balloon hurled in his direction with open arms - literally. Aaahhh, the mess. He LOVED it!
The first year girl yelled at him saying her robes were NEW (Zoryn) "Not anymore!" The fourth year replied in a sing-song voice as he tossed a balloon up and down in his right hand. Her bad aiming was almost missed by him as he had to duck the balloon thrown by Samantha. "Oh-hooo! Not close enough!" He said as he threw the balloon he was holding in her direction. He did agree with her when she told professor Newt that that was awesome! IT WAS! SUPER AWESOME!
Gryffindor was the BEST HOUSE.
Matt cracked up when Olivia told him and Ace to start running. AS IFFFFF! Matt wanted to get hit by ALL THE PAINT - except for a few balloons he instinctively dodged. He absolutely loved chaos and mess. That was when he THRIVED!
He had to stretch his arm towards a bucket to get anotherrr balloon to throw at Olivia because she was asking for it! He took the opportunity while she was near Chewie to throw the BIGGEST BALLOON he found at the new prefect and then right after that, when the girl was moving away from the hiding place, he hurled the other one at her. "YOU'RE WELCOOOOME!" He called out again in his sing-song voice.
And just as the balloon was leaving his hand, Matt was hit by yet ANOTHER balloon! This time on his side. "OI!!" He laughed as he turned to see who had thrown that at him and, once again, was pleasantly surprised to see that it had been a FIRST YEAR (Ashley)! Bold. Matt approved. "Here, catch!" He said to her as he threw a balloon at her.
SO MANY BALLOONS! If this wasn't a magic school he'd be wondering where on earth they were coming from.
Their girl prefect (Noelle) calling professor Newt out made Matt laugh out loud and turn in the direction of the older man again. ANOTHEEEEER paint balloon at their Head of House was in ordeeeer! BOOM! Off it went!
Matt was clearly hoarding a bottomless bucket of paint balloons.
He momentarily busied himself being amased by the fact the balloons seemed to NEVER END that he didn't notice when Chewie threw a rather massive balloon in his direction, hitting him right in the chest. "OOF!! PTHU!!" He spat the BLOOOODDD red paint that had ended up IN his mouth. "Man, the elves could've at least put some nice flavouring in these!"
