Being able to have good balance was something that Olivia would have loved to have. Maybe she could have actually played some sports growing up and been good at them. Alas, that was not her true calling. She much preferred music and languages. She quickly added, “Truth be told, I’d prefer to rarely test gravity.” But someone had to do it, right?

They went around looking for magical creatures? Sweet! And they were of age now. It was at that precise moment when it all clicked in Olivia’s mind. Ohhhh… He was much older than her. Well three years or so. Though age didn’t matter, they could totally be friends either way! “That sounds awesome! I’ve never been out looking for magical creatures near Beauxbatons. We weren’t ever really allowed too,” she frowned at the last sentence momentarily.

So he was a Hogwarts veteran through and through? Now that was impressive! “All six years?” she repeated in awe. It was truly impressive because he had survived the OWLs and perhaps some NEWTS too. She grinned a little more when he told her that she had never been asked the question that she had just asked. Yes. Score for creativity, Olivia! He kept to himself mostly? Huh. That was a little sad but maybe he preferred it to be that way. “Hopefully you don’t keep all to yourself too much this upcoming year cause you’re really fun!” She nodded. Yep. He was really fun and cool and seemed just like a nice person. Thus Olivia already knew that she’d want to hang out with him more. When he spoke about the grounds, she became silent and listened to him.. “The grounds are cool!” And very spacious too. There was so much room. She watched as he headed over to the couch and patted the seat next to him, inviting her to sit down. That was a good idea as her feet were starting to hurt. She joined him on the couch. “I could imagine that it’s always very pretty out here. I’d love to see it in winter.” She would get to see it in winter this year for sure.
Oliver smiled at Olivia and considered what might help her lose her "testing gravity" job. "Y'know, I've actually heard that walking and running on different kinds of surfaces helps with your balances. Like, running on a track and running in a field and running on the road and whatnot. I guess it helps teach your body how to stay up?" He didn't know how much of it was true, but Oliver did a lot of running all over the place and he only ever tripped on the stairs, which was pretty good in his opinion.

"Aside from care of magical creatures, we aren't really allowed to wander where a lot of magical creatures probably hide here. The forest is called forbidden for a reason, I guess." He didn't actually know what lurked behind trees in the forest, but he wasn't supposed to go into it, so he didn't. He'd heard some detention horror stories, and he knew it wasn't for him. Ollie was perfectly happy with his dungeon and his ice cream most days.

He couldn't help but smile at her shock to him being at Hogwarts since his first year. Was that not normal anymore? He knew a lot of students transferred in and out, but surely there were other students who had been there since the beginning. "Yup. I was 11 when we started and I'm going to be 18 on Halloween." And saying those last three words made Ollie realize just how soon his and Tim's birthdays was. They were going to be 18. How in the world did they get that old so fast??????? Now was not the time to wonder about that though. He cleared his head and smiled again at Olivia. She was sweet, and he had been weird enough for one day. "Thanks, Olivia! You seem like a lot of fun too. Hopefully we can hang out again after today." Not that their hanging out time was over today though.

"Oh yeah, it's beautiful in the winter. Though it's really beautiful during all seasons. I wonder if magic keeps this place looking so great or if it's just...nature."
