I aspire to be as professional as you one day. I rarely ever get to test gravity." He actually managed to make himself sound disappointed about never tripping.

The more she talked, the better Ollie was feeling about the whole thing, and he was surprised. Very few people could make him feel comfortable but Olivia was succeeding. She actually reminded him of Cordy, which he was loving. Anyone even remotely similar to Cordy was a friend of his. "Okay, okay, if you're sure. Thank you." He appreciated her so much for not making him feel weird about things.

"Oh hey, I guess that is possible! My sister and I went looking around for magical creatures. We're of age now, so we apparated to a few different places to search." He hadn't actually seen other people around, but that didn't mean people hadn't seen them. The two of them hadn't thought to conceal themselves, so it was kind of amazing no one saw them. They had gotten very lucky that day.

Oliver couldn't help but smile right back at Olivia, she was so sweet and she had a nice smile. He always felt like he could trust a person who had a nice smile. "It's very nice to meet you too, Olivia. I sure am, I've battled it out all six years, so I'm hoping I can successfully make it through my last year." He raised his eyebrows when she said she was apologizing but shook his head and laughed at the latter. "I've actually never been asked that. I kept to myself for quite a while, so I don't know too many people...erm, but, I think my favorite part is...the grounds." Maybe he should have said something better like the classes or the professors, but there was no point in lying. Professors were nice and classes were classes, but the grounds were his favorite. "I spend a lot of time out here, I go for runs almost every day, and no matter the season, it's always beautiful out here." If there was one thing he was going to miss after graduation, it would be that.

Ollie moved over to sit on the couch again and patted the seat next to him in the friendliest way possible. He just didn't want to be standing forever and seeing as she had hurt herself, he figured she wouldn't want to be either.
She laughed genuinely at Oliver’s next comment. He rarely ever got to test gravity? Well that was lucky. “Ah, then you’re missing out!” she joked. Honestly, he wasn’t missing out on anything really. Being able to have good balance was something that Olivia would have loved to have. Maybe she could have actually played some sports growing up and been good at them. Alas, that was not her true calling. She much preferred music and languages. She quickly added, “Truth be told, I’d prefer to rarely test gravity.” But someone had to do it, right?

They went around looking for magical creatures? Sweet! And they were of age now. It was at that precise moment when it all clicked in Olivia’s mind. Ohhhh… He was much older than her. Well three years or so. Though age didn’t matter, they could totally be friends either way! “That sounds awesome! I’ve never been out looking for magical creatures near Beauxbatons. We weren’t ever really allowed too,” she frowned at the last sentence momentarily.

So he was a Hogwarts veteran through and through? Now that was impressive! “All six years?” she repeated in awe. It was truly impressive because he had survived the OWLs and perhaps some NEWTS too. She grinned a little more when he told her that she had never been asked the question that she had just asked. Yes. Score for creativity, Olivia! He kept to himself mostly? Huh. That was a little sad but maybe he preferred it to be that way. “Hopefully you don’t keep all to yourself too much this upcoming year cause you’re really fun!” She nodded. Yep. He was really fun and cool and seemed just like a nice person. Thus Olivia already knew that she’d want to hang out with him more. When he spoke about the grounds, she became silent and listened to him.. “The grounds are cool!” And very spacious too. There was so much room. She watched as he headed over to the couch and patted the seat next to him, inviting her to sit down. That was a good idea as her feet were starting to hurt. She joined him on the couch. “I could imagine that it’s always very pretty out here. I’d love to see it in winter.” She would get to see it in winter this year for sure.
