Buuuuuut once she saw the whole Ancient Runes thing... She needed to talk to the Professor IMMEDIATELY. But only because she had no idea what ancient runes even meant. Aside from that, she had no other questions.
Not knowing exactly what she was meant to do when she got to the room, she took a hand full of candies and stuffed them into her mouth. And then she KNOCKED. On the door, not the table. That'd be silly.
A few knocks, actually. She was making BEAUTIFUL MUSIC with her knocking. She was basically a composer. Viktor was reorganizing his bookshelves for the....he lost track of how many times he has done it. He really need some new ones. Probably some relating to sword design and ballet. One thing he disliked about coming back to work here or really any magical school was he was limited in the things he liked to do. He could not just leave the castle whenever he felt like it.
Not like he was without fun here. Kids were idiots and he could read anything in the restricted section even though most of it was eh.
Though students should realize one knock was more than enough for him to hear someone at the door. Any more than that was just excessive. Not like this person cared. They were making tune out of it. Viktor was just waited til the tune was over, placed one book at his desk for later and finally went to the door to see who it was. He opened the door and was actually surprised.
A first year.
