As Colt was just busy observing his surroundings because ya know he was known to do that. His friends back home call him out on that. They always told him, you know dude you seem to be lost in your own mind. As he was still dazing, lost in thought he felt a presence. He turned his head and saw Hady was there. He grinned and waved to her. "Yeah I know fancy ain't it?" he wiggled his eyebrows and pointed to his badge. Did she notice that he polished it last night. Figured everyone would see it today. Gotta keep up appearances. "I know I mean who would trust me with this much power?" Good question right? "Too bad I can't prank with ya as much as I used to.." he shrugged.
When Colt walked passed Natalia, he laughed because he knew she would be mad. He had to joke with her and push her buttons. It is what he does. He shrugged innocently and smirked. "Well then if you pour pumpkin juice on me, I mean only fair to fire back. My payback might not be PG as using pumpkin juice though.." Just a warning there fellow head girl. If you fight fire with fire you will get burned either way. "But seriously what do you say to the ankle biters coming in here..?" he asked. "I mean they are so tiny.." he said observing some of them.
As she walked by, he noticed Elle and he nodded towards her. They did have an awkward conversation but he let it go. That was in the past. "Hey Elle, how's it going?" He raised his eyebrows at the dude Brent. He made it really known that his presence was here. Not something Colt would do. In fact he had wayy too much energy for his liking. He nodded towards him and gave him a half wave. "The name is Colt." Then he heard someone call his name and he saw Skylar. Yeah he had seen her in lessons before. "Hey Skylar.." he greeted her. "Ah thanks." he looked down at his badge and it was gonna take time to get used to.
The head boy noticed an older slytherin but he didn't come over to introduce himself. Hey he didn't take it personally. He was just eyeing him and wondered if he knew him (James). He looked like one of his friends from back home. Ah well back onto other tasks like his growling stomach.
