Huge difference.
And like... having MANY family members who were active in MANY facets of the current Wizarding World she knew more than a little bit about the goings on and who was who... and who did WHAT. "No, that's just not true," Kitty responded determinedly. "Or maybe it is true in the Wizarding World, but not in the Muggle one - which is the one I know about." Because she was half and half and grew up around Muggles and she knew this stuff. "Journalist is a more general term that can be used for reporters, editors, news anchors, publishers, columnists and opinion writers. It encompasses everything. It's like if I said an animagus and a wizard were two different things, it's true - but an animagus is also a wizard. While on the other hand, reporters are more specified. A reporters mission is in the direct gathering of information - and also in the communication to the public. Reporters definitely have cameras and they conduct lots of first person interviews. They don't editorialize though." She paused for breath. "Again, maybe it's not like this in the Wizarding World." |
