Jacob entered the classroom, adjusting his tie a bit nervously. It was his first Hogwarts class, and he wanted to make a good first impression. He wasn't really sure if the professor would even notice that he was new. There were a lot of kids at this school, after all. It was impossible to know everybody, right? "Hello, professor," he said politely to the man leaning against the blackboard before taking a seat near the front. He decided he'd speak up about his recent transfer if he were to be asked about it, but there was no reason to point himself out as the new kid. Of course, his American accent probably gave him away, anyway, but he was choosing to believe nobody would notice him. In any case, he was looking forward to this class.
