Did Char have a broom? Nope! Did she relish the opportunity to run over and get one? You betcha! She took off at speed, heading right for the broomshed. She loved running around and had always been FAST and even though she didn't need an excuse for it, it was somehow more fun when you did have one. Not bothering about any particular broom except for making sure she grabbed one that was airworthy, Char ran all the way back from the broomshed with the broom in her hand over her shoulder like she was about to throw it like a javelin. She wasn't though! It was just more aerodynamic for the running.
She came to a stop and since people were still stretching she went ahead and put the broom down and did some stretches too. It was SO NICE to have an active lesson!
