Olly had heard about fwoopers before, of course, but he didn't know the song could drive someone insane. Or maybe he had heard that but he'd forgotten? No it sounded like something he would have remembered. He just hadn't paid much attention to fwoopers before. It might have been the name that distracted him. It was a pretty distracting name. You needed a license to have a fwooper. That made sense to him. Olly raised his hand. "You need to have a license in order to own several different magical animals. Crups for example." He knew that because he had a crup! He did not have the license though because he was only fifteen. His dad had the license. "You have to be able to prove that you're capable of taking care of this magical animal, especially if you might live in a muggle area. Crups prefer wizards and don't like muggles very much, are fwoopers the same way? Or if you were in a muggle area you would have to keep it hidden so muggles don't get suspicious. And of course you have to properly perform the silencing charm." But others had already talked about that so he didn't have anything more to add.
