He couldn't bear to come face-to-face with his ex-best-friend Olivia Phillips or her new boyfriend. He couldn't bear to actually see anyone that would obviously know what had happened.
He didn't want to know their thoughts on it, or their opinions on him.
Today, he was dedicated to the art of Transfiguration and the history behind some of his favourite spells. It wasn't quite the things he would need in his exams, but the extra knowledge calmed the frustrations in him better than beating up any shrimp could. Because beating someone up wasn't him, it was just a horrible version of what he was made to be.
And by golly, it was horrible to be in the brain of Rooney Bronwyn right now. Natalia has spent more time in the practice rooms and less time in the library this term. She felt she had used the library enough last year to fully not use it this year, but alas she was headed towards there because she had to do an assignment for History of magic. She looked through the huge shelves trying to find the books on old people, well all of them were about old people really. So with that thought she just grabbed one and moved to the study area.
Looking around at the full tables she huffed and thought about just fully leaving. Now that she had the book she could just go do it in her room or even the common room by the fireplace, but she knew she'd be distracted. There were pretty faces in that common room that were very distracting.
So she moved to a table that had someone already there, "Do you mind is I sit here? I won't take up much room I promise." Just enough for her book and parchment. That was all she really needed.
