So the very first thing Erec realized was team meetings and possibly some training was in very high demand so people knew exactly what their positions were was the first step. Our jobs are to find them and help them get what they need or figure out if they are in need before deciding if they need to be removed. "
He looked to the other employees that had concerns about other areas, "Well I would like to try to make sure we have good connections with all departments. Like it was said we do use all of them for help. We are the prime place for the start of things they will hold for us or help determine if items have been tampered with or need to be sent somewhere else. So these are not departments we want bad blood with. So one of my main goals is to get some of you out to speak with them or have meetings here with their representative to update all our procedures."
