There was a certain level of undercover work when it came to checking out where Raf was spending his time these days. Sabi knew that, and it amused her to go with the idea when it came to her choice of clothing. Plus, it all provided a layer of insulation against the Scottish winter. Somehow it felt even colder here than it did in London, and obviously infinitely colder than it was back home. Utility and stylishness was her thing during this trip, and the sunglasses added that layer of anonymity, not that she expected any of the students running around to know her. Not right now, anyway.
For the moment, as she decided where to stop for the time being, as she didn’t even know if her cousin was in town and therefore it would be more difficult to prod him for information, she’d just settled for walking down the main street, occasionally stepping around the younger people in her way or glancing over at one shop or another just to see what was there. The Brazilian obviously didn’t already know the information, but she wasn’t going to advertise the fact. Every movement she made was casual.
