So Kitty's answer on light years and parsecs had been a little muddled. You could blame Muggle television for that. Upon further reflection Kitty realized that citing shows like Star Wars for scientific facts may not have been the best idea. Yet upon further reflection she decided that it was better to contribute a slightly wrong guess than it was to add nothing.

Speaking of which...what was with that first year Slytherin (Leesha) girl? Kitty stared at her for a few moments, wondering if she were sick. No, she didn't look sick - which made it all the more bizarre to Kitty that she would fall asleep in class. She would have been WAY too self conscience in her first year to ever even DREAM of falling asleep. And maybe it was since Kitty was a Ravenclaw that she couldn't understand how anyone could find listening to a teacher talk boring, but the lessons where you just had to sit down to listen (or read and write) and discuss were always her type of lesson. At least there was no physical danger or danger of being poisoned.


Oh well. Time to return to the lesson. Kitty averted her gaze from the younger Slytherin and began researching her star. The day after tomorrow she would be 15 so she selected OGliese 876...
