Hogwarts RPG Name: Shera Ben-Ari Third Year | SPOILER!!: Azura Quote:

Or he had two years to decide he didn't really need her in his life.. Whichever came first really. He had left her once, he could do it again.
But she really hoped he didn't. She wanted him back in her life again and she didn't want to have to make sure he was still going to be there. But then again there was no telling what life would hold.. So.. She was going to enjoy this moment, this time they had together.. Just getting to know him again.. Thats all she could ask for.
She grinned at him. "Be happy you have a sibling.. I don't.. Sure I have cousins.. but they aren't the same.. Though I do have a new baby cousin! His name is Phoenix and he is so adorable." She said with a soft giggle. He had just turned one as well!
She grinned at him as he laughed at her request and her smiled turned into a soft giggle as he started to sing a bit of the song to her.. He really did have a good voice.. She could probably listen to him sing and play guitar all day really..
She smiled as he spoke.. "It's a good song, but singing it ten thousand times can be a bit much." She said with an easy smile back at him as she set all of her papers down next to her and stuck her bag on top of them so they wouldn't fly away.
Her head tilted as he seemed to be off to a somewhat rocky start and she was about to tell him he didn't have to when he started to play it again and she closed her eyes and smiled.. She loved this song.. "Look at the stars, see how they shine for you." She sang softly as she opened her eyes and looked back at her friend. A short chuckle escaped him at her comment about her being a good letter writer. That was definitely a good skill. "Well at least one of us is good at it, so then I can learn how to write them from you," he joked, though it was partially serious. When it came to letters, he usually wrote it, read it, second guessed himself and never ended up sending them.
Or he just forgot to do it. "I am happy I have her," Jasper admitted, though he would probably never tell her that. Maybe on the day that Fliss told him he was an amazing older brother. That seemed just as unlikely to happen. "Cousins are good... they eventually go away unlike siblings so if you're having issues I think they're solved easier."
That was how it worked with his cousins at least. Whenever they annoyed him he could just leave. When Fliss annoyed him... well a closed door was not going to keep her away from him. A smile crossed his face as she mentioned her baby cousin. They were cute when they were little, then it kind of fluctuated for a while. He wasn't sure if kids ever reached a point where they were better, but he supposed he'd watch his sister to figure it out. "How old is he?"
A laugh escaped him at her comment about 500 miles, and he nodded in agreement. "I'm hoping that she has a new favourite by the time I get home, she has a year to find one!"
Smiling, he couldn't help but feel relaxed by the sound of the music. Could they just stay here playing songs and singing all the time?
This was perfect.
Thinking of a song he liked he wondered whether she'd know is as he shifted to the new song. Radioactive by Imagine Dragons. "I'm waking up, I feel it in my bones
Enough to make my systems blow
Welcome to the new age, to the new age
Welcome to the new age, to the new age
Whoa, oh, oh, oh, oh, whoa, oh, oh, oh, I'm radioactive, radioactive
Whoa, oh, oh, oh, oh, whoa, oh, oh, oh, I'm radioactive, radioactive" |
