No... He just needed a nice book to sit down with somewhere. But then again, which book could he select. His eyes fell onto the librarian sitting at the desk. He considered approaching her for a moment... she'd definitely have ideas wouldn't she? But then again he might just be disturbing her while she worked.
About 10 seconds later his feet had made up his mind for him, taking him up to the front desk. "Uh... excuse me ma'am?" the third year tried to give a friendly smile, one of his hands awkwardly reaching up to scratch the back of his neck. It was an awkward habit he seemed incapable of shaking. "Uh... I was just wondering if there were any fictional books here you'd recommend... preferably not muggle ones ma'am. If you're not busy of course?"
He gave a soft, friendly smile at that, hoping that he seemed respectful. Just in case he straightened himself up a little bit, though he couldn't help averting his eyes. There was something very interesting about the wooden desk his brain had decided. The librarian studied the student in front of her. Was he going to approach...? Yes. Yes, he was. She smiled warmly as he stuttered through his question. "Absolutely. We've got a whole section." she said nodding. "Do you have a more specific genre in mind?" she asked. "Historical fiction? Romance? Mystery?" she asked popping out some ideas.
