Junia fancied herself a fairly good artist, so decorating pumpkins sounded like fun. She gave Professor Myers a rather excited grin before collecting a pumpkin, choosing one of the smaller in the bunch. She wanted to see just how distorted the face she was planning on drawing would become when she made the pumpkin larger, or if the magic would keep it looking size appropriate.

Her pumpkin was going to be Prince Charlie inspired, she'd decided. Her cat was, after all, one of her best friends and he was quite handsome as far as felines went. First the piercing eyes, then the nose, then the mouth. She took care with the whiskers and the ears, though it was a bit harder to manage those. Pumpkins weren't the most ideal form of canvas, you know.

Then....pumpkin pulp.

She saw it out of the corner of her eye and let out a little squeak which was quickly stifled. Someone had exploded their pumpkin. "That's unfortunate," She said rather dramatically to the pumpkin that was Prince Charlie's twin. "Good we weren't close enough to be hit." That boy, however...well, he might need to take a bath to get rid of that smell. Pumpkin pulp wasn't all that pleasant of an aroma.

Professor Myers would handle the mess, yes? So she could move on.

Wand out, the second year eyed the pumpkin. Concentration, that was happening. She didn't want hers to explode. Her cat would never forgive her. "Engorgio."

... .... ....Wow. It had definitely worked. "Merlin."
