"Makes you look very fancy."

~~June~~ Helen Molehill was just shoving several olives into her mouth when her dormmate came up beside her and complimented her veil. She wished she had a cool story, like that she stole it from an old lady at a funeral, but she just bought it at a costume store years ago and had luckily brought it with her.

"I'm always fancy, darling," she drawled in a really terrible, old american accent that was probably closer to an atrocious british accent. "No need to flatter me, I'll never tell my secrets." Obviously she was in character.

At least half-way. Her eyes wandered up and down Maggie's costume. "You look... awesome." Hot was more like it, but she wasn't about to say that out loud. "The Queen of Hearts is legit."
