Which in this case was sometime between ingesting that aging potion, messing up his transfiguration suit spells and realizing that he'll never be able to assemble his Tacoween costume in time for Herbology. So he grabs his backup Halloween wear (aka his favorite sweater), hops on his cruiser and zoooooms for class--

-- which luckily was outside. That aging potion was also starting to have some effect because now his hair was starting to droop all over his face. Hastily he uses his scarf to keep his hair off his face, then smoothly slips in and plops his hand into that bowl like what everyone else is doing.

Ick. Memories of Halloween pumpkin carving sessions leaps to the forefront of his mind "Pumpkin guts mmm mmm mmm." kinda gross but he does know of a few culinary tips to make this awesome.
