Katy Toussaint was into Halloween. Like, majorly into it. Her family celebrated all the holidays to the maximum, and Halloween was a big wizarding holiday. But she didn't know how to dress for both class and Halloween, and she didn't want to get any of her favorite dress up clothes dirty.

So she drew whispers on with eyeliner and plunked cat ears in her long blonde curls, and she was Katy Cat. The end.
