Olly liked to bake. It would make sense that he should be fine at Potions because the two activities were pretty similar, right? That wasn't exactly the case. Though he didn't think he was particularly bad at potions, there were parts that he was not particularly good at. Like waiting. Waiting for it to heat up, for it to brew, or cool. Those were not his best moment. And having to do anything by memory. He could follow a recipe just fine, but was not so good with memory. And he liked his ingredients labeled.

He was hoping this would be a fairly normal class. Considering it was still early in the term he was feeling pretty confident that it shouldn't be too strange. But this was Hogwarts so he could never be certain. "Hello professor," he said with a smile as he entered the dungeon and grabbed a lab coat. To be completely honest Olly didn't even really notice that it was pink. He glanced around quickly and chose a seat next to Blaise. "Hi," he greeted with a smile. "Anyone sitting here?"
