"Well, ain't yeh a charmer?" Sam said with a shy smile. She meant it in the best of ways, that previous blush still warm in her cheeks. It'd been a while since anyone had called her beautiful, and she wasn't entirely convinced that the person who said previously it would still agree. Not with the fight they'd had since then.
"Yeh think I should cut it back again?" The growing it out was an experimental thing, and she was curious. And of course she'd help clean the spillage up. "'appy to 'elp an 'ousemate out. Wouldn't wan' it staining yeh robes before term even start'd." She smiled, and relaxed back on her beanbag. "So what d'ya do other than flatterin' youn' girls?"
