We’ll see if I can bring her to work so she could interact with the other kids.” He said scratching his right temple. “I’d have to ask Sophie too if we can do that. Or better, we can have tea at home.” He continued as he sat back and steepled his hands in front of him, watching the two again.

Noah kept his gaze at the woman, and watched her lips move. Noah tried to mimic the movement, and was able to say, “Mmm...” Noah then started poking Beezus’ cheek and let out a triumphant giggle. Did he say her name right? Hm?

What? What? Beatrice was a great name! Evangeline too. How could he? She was so going to throw a tantrum but she was a lady now. A mature one so she wasn't going to give him the pleasure of actually seeing her throw a fit. Nice one, Mordaunt but it failed. Ha!

She showed him her left hand with its barren ring finger. "I think I could get married if I actually was seeing someone." But she wasn't and therein lay the problem. "You think you can set me up or something?" She meant it as a half-joke. As for kids, "Just make sure to inform whoever you're setting me up with that if they're looking for someone to marry and have kids with, I can only do the former." Beezus added in, casually.

Hooray for Catherine time! Beezus was already pumped to see the other twin, "We can do the tea thing. I can drop by your house say, tomorrow? ...Tomorrow it is then." He was not going to have any qualms about it. She turned her attention back to Noah. Well, not that her eyes really left him but still, "Aunt Beezus will be visiting you and your sister tomorrow. ...By the way, are they fraternal or identical twins?" She eyed Mordred momentarily for the question.

Aaaaand back to Noah because she could see that he was trying to pronounce her name. What a cute little being. He was poking her cheek! Poke all you want, Noah! And giggling! "Yes, sweetcheeks. That was good. Can you say it again? Beezuuuuuuuuus." His father might be against her name but she sure was going to make sure the twins knew it by heart.
