Their professor's meant to torture them, yeah? Just right after stuffing their stomachs with good food, here comes the boring part of the day. It wasn't typical of a Ravenclaw to find learning to be boring, but to discuss something as basic as the first question is rather dull for at least the average Eagle. Still, Jace found himself listening to what the others have to say...scribbled bits and pieces of his classmate's answers. As he did so, he too formed his own answer which hasn't been pointed out by that certain Gryffindor.

Tapping his quill on his parchment, Jace decided to voice out his answer instead of writing it down. He would like to know if his answer is actually correct, yeah? Jace raised his hand, and waited for his turn to answer. "The Elder Futhark was given to the Norse God Odin, after he hung himself upside down from the Yggdrasil tree for nine days. After his sacrifice, he was blessed with the knowledge and secrets of the Runes..."

Now...can they move on to a more...challenging activity?
