It takes a while as well because it keeps changing sooooo you might go one way for three weeks and think that's the best way and then next time that way has gone entirely and there's just a stone wall or an empty room where there had been a little corridor before!" It was very exciting really. "The main corridors don't change so much though."
Char stretched her legs out in front of her and slipped her shoes off.
"I like being alone SOMEtimes!" She said with a little giggle. Honestly. Just because she usually was with people it didn't mean a bit of down time wasn't good, "Besides, sitting out here, someone always comes along eventually. So its nice." And look, he had come along and his kitty had come along, and she wasn't alone at all now was she?
"That's a good question though. No dates. Nope. People should hurry up and start asking me, obviously!" Char grabbed the jelly slug packet and held it out to him. "Want some?"
Silas sat beside her, listening. Was she always this lively and excited when she shared her experiences in school? An amused smile played along his lips on how animated she was talking about the mysterious corridors she had encountered.
"Are you talking about the infamous room of requirement? Do you know where it is?" he asked. Silas was in search for that magical room for several days now but he still couldn't find it.
"I'm only teasing." Silas chuckled and nodded about her having her own downtime by the lake. He hoped Charlotte didn't take his words into offense. She seemed to have that easy-going nature, hence the teasing.
"I'm sure there are plenty who do, didn't I say this to you before. It's just a matter of time." He grinned.
"I shall ask you when I win my upcoming match, would that impress you enough to say yes?" he asked and winked. Silas reached for the jelly slugs,
"Thank you, yes I do." He popped one into his mouth, chewing while smiling.
