She immediately took note of the crystal ball, but not of its intended use, and approached it curiously as her fingers reached out and delicately touched its surface.
Even though she was immersed in lesson planning it didn't mean that she didn't see her first student visitor coming. Making no haste Laurel, rose from her comfy chair, her many bracelets dangling as her crystal ball gave off its little ringing sound. Miss Skeeter had come. With a satisfied glance around her office she walked out to greet the senior girl.
Stepping out into her waiting corridor some moments she let a kind smile purse her lips as she took in the appearance of the slightly troubled looking brunette.
