Cassie was more than glad for the feast to be over and to be released to go upstairs to their common room. With the journey from London and the drama of the ghosts she had eaten the dinner when it had arrived quietly. But now it was time to see what their new head of house and anyone else that might have been involved had waiting for them. Stepping inside after gaining entrance, the third year had to admit that she wasn’t disappointed with what she was greeted with. Her eyes flickering around the room that was both dark and glowing all at one time.
“Now this is a more awesome way to start things,” she mused aloud smiling. “Good evening, Professor,” she greeted the man pretty relaxed among the Ravenclaws already gathered. Moving to the food, Cass grabbed herself some hot chocolate, sipping on it and and wandering around taking in the sites and people.
“Hey guys,” she greeted her yearmates, silently noting that Azura looked better than she had in passing at the feast.
