He figured out that the Cutty Mordaunt part was probably the boy's name, but other than that, Elsdon kind of mouthed a sotto voce repetition of the sounds, trying to fit the vowels to his own understanding, because honestly, what was this about operating on turkeys? On thursdays?

Nope still not getting anywhere there. But generally the gist was this Cutty fella worked on the trade floor (good, because that was the best area to be working in Elsdon's non-biased opinion), he went to school and needed Thursdays off to learn how to operate on turkeys...? That last part Elsdon couldn't quite figure what had to do with working at Gringotts but each to their own.

"Sure. Sweet as. Thursdays. No worries. Can you stick something in writing on my desk? That would be epic."
