Skylar made her way to Charms class rather enthusiastically for various reasons. One, she was feeling way more confident with her ability to cast charms now that she was nearly done year one. She wasn't an expert on any stretch of the imagination but she was right where she needed to be in terms of her own abilities and learning curve which felt awesome!
Though seeing an empty classroom did cause for some brief alarm on the first year's face as she read the note on the board. Just wands. Well she shouldn't even have brought her bag if she wasn't going to need it; except that she had come from another class and hadn't opportunity to return it to her dorm anyway. Setting her bag at the front with her peers' bags, Sky found an empty spot among her classmates and waited patiently for the lesson to begin.
