The fact the term was nearly over hardly bothered Brooklyn. She had other things to occupy her thoughts than finals, or even wondering if the Charms professor was still acting entirely out of character. In fact, it had taken her a moment once she had walked into the classroom to notice that things were nowhere near normal. Just the lack of desks or, well, anything, was notable, and she narrowed her eyes slightly as she looked around the room. This was almost worse than having to crawl through dusty tunnels or anything else they’d had to endure for Charms lessons before.

“Good morning Professor Primeaux,” she said, her blue eyes landing on the figure at the front of the room. At least one thing wasn’t completely crazy. She hadn’t done anything else, however. She’d just gone over to set her bag down in a corner before choosing a spot near a window to sit down. If she was having to be tortured by sitting on the ground, she was going to have a nice view.
