Blah, that's boring. Standing there looking out a window with nothing to look at. "Well it's a good thing I came along then, huh? Someone gotta keep you from getting bored." It was a joke of course her eyes shinning with amusement.

He was lucky. She still had four more months until her birthday. Four. Months. Long months. Some of which was during the summer! She nodded keeping the smile on her face as she looked at him.

Now Hady knew there was noway Frankie would turn down knowing what was inside that basket. The boy was like a small child being told they could go to the candy store when it came to waiting. So it was with a small smirk on her that she silently watched him pull out his wand and summon the basket to him. She wanted to laugh but she didn't.

The teen girl watched as he pulled the book out first. She should've had her camera for the look on his face at getting a book was great! Just check the title. "See I wouldn't let you down. That was a tough one to find so you better read it," She teased playfully knowing full well that he would. It had been hard to get too. She may have had to pull a few strings and get a hold of some people but she had gotten in. That's all that mattered.

The larger container was indeed a meal. His favorite. Which she had cooked herself. Only he'd have to he opening that to know for sure and she wouldn't be telling him she had cooked it either. The cupcakes were a given. Chocolate. Guys liked chocolate. It was a no brainer. The whole time she remained silent simply taking in his actions. So when the basket was set down she gave him a puzzled look.

The hug was unexpected but not unwelcomed at all. Hady slowly slid her arms around him in return hugging him back tightly, standing on her tiptoes just enough to whisper near his ear, "Happy birthday", again. Before she fully moved to pull away from this hug she lower her head and brushed quick kiss to his cheek. Now of course it wasn't what she had wanted to do but it was enough...for now.
