A Look Into the Life of a Pet Space Rock
Entry 1:
Before properly getting started on the assignment, Rocky really needed a face; you can't have a pet without a face and personality and he is definitely not an exception. I took him to the Astrophysics Laboratory to use the supplies provided and worked magic through arts and crafts. Using pipe cleaners, googly eyes, and cotton balls I gave him an adorable face and some character. I can't wait to show him around Hogwarts.

Entry 2:
Heading to the Hufflepuff dormitory after spending time in the Astrophysics Laboratory, I run into my sister and her pet rock, Firefly. After making introductions, the two rocks hit if off and talk to each other in their rock language (because even rocks can talk to each other, obviously). The best friends enjoy a dance party while me and Juno have a blast as well. The music of choice? ROCK and roll of course!

Entry 3:
Feeling hungry, me and Rocky made our way to the Hufflepuff table for a little breakfast date. Even though some of my friends were at the table I devoted all my time to him. It was well worth it too! We ate a yummy meal of bacon and eggs with potatoes, toast, and fruit. Was a lovely bonding experience and I am looking forward to eating more meals with him. After breakfast he slept while I went looking for my sister. Seemed that he got tired out from eating and I can't blame him.

Entry 4
I took Rocky on a tour of one of my favourite (if not favourite) places at Hogwarts, the lake. First I showed him the spot were I found him and then we waded into the water. He heard a little about the mermaids and giant squid that live in the water but I don't know how to get Bartholomew Henry's attention so sadly Rocky didn't get to meet him. After skipping rocks across the water we spent some time sunbathing together and it was really peaceful and relaxing. I think we both needed it.
