Fending off the arrows with her shield was hard. So hard in fact that Maggie ended up crouching down to make herself as small as possible. UGH! This was the worst! And while her uniform had managed to keep the arrows from seriously hurting her arm, she COULD feel some blood trailing down her cheek from the scratch left by one of the arrows.
UGH! Also, she STILL couldn't hear anything. AND was stuck to the floor.

There was a spell headed her way and she wasn't even sure what it was - obviously - but she was NOT giving the Ravenclaw the satisfaction of winning so easily. No. She was NOT going down without a proper fight.
"Finite!" She pointed her wand at her feet, then quickly rolled out of the way before Nicole's second spell could hit her. Phew. That had been close. "EXPELLIARMUS!" She tried to put all her energy into the spell, hoping to catch Nicole off-guard by attacking again.
