The damage wasn't as bad as it could have been." Leo was extremely glad that a new fire hadn't run through the library.

"We haven't actually started the house hunt yet. Do you know of any good neighborhoods? Don't you live in London too?" Or had Leo gotten that wrong?

"I really don't know," Ansley said with a half shrug. Yes, he would agree that it was very disconcerting and that he would have been very concerned himself had it been him. But he wasn't suggesting that he thought he had any answers or knew anything that Leo didn't. "I was merely pointing out that it might be another option that could have happened." Didn't mean that it was though. "Sure, it's possible that it could be Miffy too..." Now that there were two poltergeists around, there was potential for double the trouble.

Ansley returned the smile. "No, it's fine. I understand that you're just concerned." And he would have been himself. "Yes, I think that would be a good idea," he nodded. "Just sounds like you need some stronger wards or refresh the ones you have." Spells did loose their efficacy over time and sometimes just needed to be recast.

"Yeah, I do... I thought you did too, though?" Obviously not in the same part of town, but he figures Leo would know about as much about the area as he did. "I live in a nice part, but I also just live in a flat. There aren't many family houses around there." He wasn't sure how much help he really could be.
