"I know." It was just, putting her under house arrest so she couldn't even see her friends from Hogwarts wasn't the best way to go about protecting her.
"I'll be careful not to let them see it fly. Just like with brooms, you know?" She grinned, happy for once an adult was encouraging her to follow through with her goals and not trying to tell her not to. Hadley nodded. "I told Professor Tanner if Hogwarts ever gets new brooms, I want to adopt Charlie. He's the broom I learned to fly one. We're very simpatico."
Finally, Hadley took a break to give her arms a rest. Hogwarts stairs gave her legs a work out everyday, but her arms hadn't developed the same strength and endurance. After a few minutes, Hadley finished the third wall and moved on to the fourth wall, careful not to break it...oops. "Very complex. I expect I probably won't get it this term, or maybe even next, but I'm still eager to start working on it. Thank you." She nodded her head in agreement to leave the attitude out of his office or classroom, silently adding the stipulation that as long as he doesn't accuse her of cheating unfairly again, she will. "I promise, sir."
