Fluttery Pegasi "Yes, I'm sure." She looked him in the eye then, pointedly. "That was the assignment. One person drinks a diluted poison, the other cures them. And switch." Hadley turned back to scrubbing the last bit of the second wall. "You don't have to convince me. I love Professor Newton. He's tutoring me with my potions work. But Dad objects regardless."
Second wall finished, Hadley began scrubbing the third wall. The wall she'd originally started on. That should make it go a bit faster. "I'm gonna invent Wizard Surfing," she told Professor Primeaux. Wait... "The Ministry doesn't let you enchant your own possessions!?" In her mind, her snowboard wasn't a muggle artifact. It belonged to a witch, her, and therefore was a witch's artifact. Somehow, she doubted that would fly with the Ministry. "I guess I could transfigure it a bit so it's not a snowboard anymore..." But would still be a board that flies and you can surf the winds, wizarding style on. Nods. "I know, sir." she smiled. She actually enjoyed the practice. Working to the goal. It was her Ravenclaw showing though. The problem was a puzzle that she could figure out and solve through practice. It was partially why she had zero patience when it came to starting animagus training, but the utmost patience for the training itself to succeed. One year or ten, she'd succeed at her goals. All of them. Though she did hope to succeed in them before she graduated Hogwarts. "Maybe you can help me sometime with the stablizing charm. It seems to be immensely complex."
