The smirk on her lips was enough to show just how much she was enjoying herself right now. Not even Nicole's halfhearted insults could do anything about that. "Please. Is that all you got? Constipation?" Pfft. That was just lame. She made a point of looking unimpressed when the other girl glared at her but couldn't quite help the smirk either. Not that she was trying too hard to keep it off her face either. Hehe.
The featherlight charm DID distract Maggie for a brief second. What was that about? Her own hand tightened around her wand, anticipating an offensive spell any second. She would've tried to attack too but was worried she wouldn't be able to shield herself in time. So wait she did. She had time. Lots of it. She was still feeling very smug about seeing Nicole on the floor there. Who was currently trying to engage her in conversation again. PLEASE. That had only worked that-

The whole looking puffy part had gone over her head initially. Like, Nicole was probably just trying to insult her again. Blablablabla. Seriously? Maggie was BORED. That is until she continued about someone switching up potions? She wasn't serious right? This was part of her plan to distract her right? AND UGH OKAY SHE'D SUCCEEDED TOO! Maggie was hit full on with the other girl's non-verbal spell. Oh, great.
No but seriously that potions thing. Nicole was just messing with her right?
"Shuuuu-" Okay, this singing thing was very annoying. Mostly because she did NOT have a good singing voice. UGH! And now she actually had to focus on doing a non-verbal spell too. Ugh. Ugh. Ugh. She tried to put all thoughts of possible implications regarding what Nicole had said out of her mind and focus on casting Finite. Silently. Because apparently singing and spell-casting did not go well together. "Protego!" Just in time Maggie managed to put up her shield for the second spell to lightly bounce off it.
