Why on earth was Leo looking at him like he was crazy? Ansley returned the expression. It wasn't exactly like he told him that he caught Peeves in the act or that he was not in the castle when the other destruction happened. "Oh, well, that sounds nice," he said with a nod. Ansley didn't currently need more than a flat for himself, but he could understand the need for a house when there was a family. "Where are you looking?"

Shrugging his shoulders Leo sighed out. "I have no idea. It’s super disconcerting in any case and if it was random like you’ve suggested then what would the motive behind the act have been?" There were just so many unanswered questions. He didn’t know what to think. If it was a random act like Ansley suggested then what was the motive? Cause disarray and damage because someone could and it was fun?

"Do you think Peeves new lady friend Miffy could have done it to impress her love?" Peeves certainly liked to mess up the library books every chance he got even if Leo scared him away, he always came back. It was annoying.

Realizing that he probably wasn’t very fair to Ansley for pouring out all his worries on him Leo pulled a hand through his hair and smiled weakly as he genuinely apologized for his behavior. "I'm sorry for being weird on you. I just feel so powerless, worried and anxious. Thanks for the Protean Charm idea. I'll ask Julien about it at dinner tonight. The damage wasn't as bad as it could have been." Leo was extremely glad that a new fire hadn't run through the library.

"We haven't actually started the house hunt yet. Do you know of any good neighborhoods? Don't you live in London too?" Or had Leo gotten that wrong?
