So Esme had to admit that the prospect of dueling against someone she didn't know was always appealing. Made things more interesting. Plus Professor Hirsch wasn't going to ask her to go against Juno again and that was something that DEFINITELY made her happy.
Entering the arena, she smiled at her opponent. She had seen the girl in classes and remembered that her name was Niomi but as far as she knew they hadn't ever exchanged words. That is until now. "Good luck," she said with a smile before doing the customary bow. It was time to get the show on the road and the first shot was hers so she didn't need to be casting a shield charm juuuuust yet; instead she needed to think of an attack to send. Moments later it came to her.
