"The face things," Maddie repeated, amused. She was smiling now. He was a good one, this Rooney character. "I'll do that. Perhaps she can try out the potions for me." Willingly at that.

Standing and taking her painting off the easel, the brunette's smile widened some and she nodded. "Of course he would. I'm an excellent painter." And so modest, too. "Thank you for your help, by the way. It's always nice to speak to another artist. Happy painting."

And with that, the seventh year gave a half wave and made her way out of the room.
