SPOILER!!: Milo the American

.... what the fudge did he just say...? American?

Milo furrowed his brows at the kid, and he simply replied, "Milo." That was his name. "I am from America, but I would prefer not to be called that." He just wanted to make that clear in case the kid thought he could go around calling him 'American'. He wasn't the Land of the Free and Home of the Braves... He was Milo. "Just call me Milo, okay?"

He picked up the flag now and looked it over. "Jets fan? I'm more of a Pittsburgh Steelers fan but to each their own, y'know?" His blue eyes shifted over to the cubicle wall now to see what they could do about the flag not fitting right. "You could also downsize the flag some," he suggested. "It could probably fit then." Yes, he was full of bright ideas. He looked at the other flag the kid had on his wall when he began to speak about it. "I see you're a Quidditch fan as well." He smiled now. "Did you play in school?"

Archer gave an awkward little cough.

"Yeah, sorry about that. I was just a little surprised to hear your accent amongst all this Britishness." Yeah, this wasn't super awkward at all. . .

He would have shaken the man's hand, but from his level on the swivel-chair, that would just have been weird. "Archer, Archer Stark." He said with a little nod. "Sure thing, man." Milo-man. The tension continuous. . .

Archer scrunched up his nose a little at the mention of the Steelers. "Steelers? . . . But, um sure, to each their own, I guess." Clearly this man had weird taste. Steelers? "Yeah, I thought about that too. . ." But he wasn't about to tell the man that he was too lazy to do a simple shrinking spell.

Obviously he was a Quidditch-fan. Shaking his head, he said "No, Hogwarts cancelled it for some stupid reason while I was still there." He'd only played with his friends after that. "But I did play it in my free-time. Quodpot as well." That he only played with his dad, since the Brits had no clue how to do that. . .
