SPOILER!!: AMERICAN!!
Milo had specifically requested his new desk to be near a window when he got promoted to Senior Broom Supervisor. His old desk was just... MEH. There was not a good view at all when you were RIGHT in the MIDDLE of the FREAKIN' room! However, he now had a nice, big desk next to a window, and he actually got sunlight shining on him. Life was good.

He was organizing his desk when he heard someone close by, and he looked over to see a man, who looked way younger than him, trying to hang up what looked like a flag...? Hm.

... and now that said man kid was throwing jelly beans through a hoop. What kind of people was Lynley HIRING? He continued to watch for a few more seconds before he stood up and walked over to him.

"Do you want some help hangin' that flag up?" He motioned to the flag that was on the ground now.

Archer was about to throw another bean through one of the hoops, when he heard a voice behind him. A voice with an accent he hadn't heard in forever.

Dropping the bean in sheer awe, Archer turned in his swivel-chair to look at the owner of said voice, eyes wide in excitement. "American?" He said when he saw the speaker. Not the best way to greet someone, but who the hell cared! He was finally with someone that didn't drink tea all the time and who would assume he was talking about soccer when he said football. The dude had a Texas-drawl, which was usually so annoying, but right now Archer was fascinated by it.

"I mean, umm, no." He had asked him something, right? About the- flag? Peering down at the discarded New York Jets' flag, Archer shook his head slightly, "These walls are too damn small to put anything else on." He nodded at the Texan-Man before jerking his head towards said wall, where his Sweetwater All-Star's flag hanged. "Besides, don't wanna take that off." Quidditch had always been much more important to him than football, since the latter was only a Muggle-sport.
