It was actually rather interesting, listening to him. Almost like he was trying to describe her, or at least how he saw her. It was definitely oddly flattering, but that didn’t mean she was going to keep leaning over to look at him on the floor. She’d somewhat gotten over the rude interruption, but that didn’t mean she was going to worry about if he was okay or not. Even if the compliments were due to a concussion, she wasn’t about to stop anyone from giving them to her. Besides, it wasn’t as if she could argue the fiery hair comment. Her hair was definitely fiery.
She had glanced over at him again as he’d wobbled up into her view again, leaning on the arm of her chair as if he expected it to hold him up. In a way, it probably could. The chairs were rather sturdy after all. They’d withstood his head. “Most people do think that they are,” she granted him. But then, there were always fallen angels too. Either way, they were usually described as beautiful. She was planning on taking the compliment either way.
“By the way, why were you yelling out condiments?”
