The writing continued, when Professor Finch began to speak again. It was time for another question and this time, Janelle listened for a while before responding. Finally, she raised her hand.

"I agree with Dot about the Wand Ban. I mean the council........who were they to say that elves and goblins didn't deserve to use wands? It's pretty clear that they felt that they........wizards.... were superior to everyone else. The ban seems like a kind of control tactic to me.". It was kind of like saying, we're better than you and we have cool toys that you can't play with. Just saying.
