Colt snorted when he heard Echo's voice. Out of all places and he met her here. He wasn't surprised. He laughed at her little joke and replied with, "Didn't you hear the house elves made a platter just for me. They told me to not share with girls named Echo.." he smirked and was just teasing of course. He saw her filling up her plate and he was eyeing her choices. They seemed pretty legit. He was impressed.
He raised his hands in resentment and replied, "Hey I never said they couldn't. Girls do have appetites believe me especially in my family dinners." She should see them trying to be polite and not be hungry but when in reality they are starving and try not to take seconds until his little cousin does. Then they have an excuse. Studying for Owls... he grinned and gave a little chuckle. "Yeah that is not going well so far. I am usually the one to cram things in one night into my tiny brain and remember it all.." he tapped on his head. "How about you?"
"yeah yeah, im sure they did" laughing she tossed her hair over her shoulder.
"those house elves love me" she always gave them sweets and were nice to them and, because of this they always dropped off cookies off at her dorm and made her fire extra warm because they knew she was always cold.
Laughing some more she continued to eat her lovely food.
"you cant cram a night before, wow Colt! that's crazy!, if you want you can always study with me?" she started to study as soon as she got to Hogwarts.. actually on the train.
