Alice walked into the reading room and plopped her books down and sat down. She might have been letting her homework build up since coming back from Christmas. Okay. She really had. But She was doing it now and that had to count for something! The redhead opened the book when she spotted the other girl's rat.

"He's so cute! Wait is your rat a He? I'd hate to have said the wrong thing." She smiled and was glad for a distraction from her books. School wasn't fun in her opinion. The school was, yes.. but the rest of this yeah, gross. "I'm Alice.. Who are you?" Because that was the best way to greet another person. But Alice hadn't seen this person around just yet.. She needed to meet ALL THE HUMANS.
