"OH. MY. GOD."
All her precious possessions were lying splayed all over the floor. Several of her makeup containers had been spilled, causing liquid to drain over the floor. Her bed was a mess. And so was everyone else's.
"GAA!! Miffy!" Because it had to be her fault. No one else would dare do such a thing. It had to be Miffy trying to impress Peeves again. Or maybe they were both doing it.
Her worm container looked safe, but she couldn't be sure. A wave of panic washed over her as she ran to check on them, hoping with hope against hope that they were okay.
They were. Kitty breathed a sigh of relief as she counted out all nine. "Are you okay Neechee?" She asked her worm as she gently touched him.
Gritting her teeth in rage and muttering foul curse words her mom would never have wanted her to repeat, Kitty straightened her bed and started picking up everything she could. Some of her makeup was ruined and had to be thrown away. She didn't touch anyone else's items.
Kitty's first reaction after cleaning up everything was to complain to Professor Kitridge. But then a better thought came to her: She would complain to the new headmaster. |
