Having spent hours baking Hady had carried what was left of the goodies laid out on a tray to the common room. Her intent here was to set it on the table and let her fellow snakes enjoy the cookies and other snacks.

After giving the password and entering the room however her eyes landed on the younger girl ripping up the carpet. "What are you doing?" She questioned setting the tray on the table and crossing the room to tap Mason on the shoulder. "Mason? Hey, cut it out you're gonna get in huge trouble!" What in the world was she doing? And why was that other kid just sitting there watching and not stopping her?!
